We require the mother to be under the care of a physician before coming in. We have a prenatal verification form on our Web site that the physician must sign to verify that the mother has had an ultrasound and they are under a doctor’s care during the pregnancy. You can also stop by our Houston office to pick up a form or request one be direct mailed or emailed to you.
